Order Cancellation, Return, Warranty Policy


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is submitted to ensure timely processing and delivery. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests for any reason, including changes of mind, incorrect item selection, or shipping details.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has been delivered, you may refer to our Return Policy for information on eligible returns and refunds.

If you believe your order was placed in error or need assistance, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will do our best to guide you through next steps.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@ucogear.com to request a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  2. Include your original Order Number in the email.
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
  • Products must be undamaged, unmodified, and in original packaging.
  • Items showing misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
  • You must submit your return within 30 days of your order. 
Refund Process
  • Once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for payment processing.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
  • Email info@ucogear.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Refunds cannot be issued without proper documentation.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

WARRANTY

All products are fully warrantied to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. The invoice from the purchase must be provided. Damage incurred during shipping is excluded from coverage.
